Due to the combination of different waste paper fibres, the materials are characterised by varying natural inclusions, depending on which recycled paper pulp is used. An energy-intensive bleaching process is intentionally avoided, and the results can at times include what seems like irregularities, spots or marks - but should be seen as wabi-sabi design traits.
